This is a timeshare resort so no one owns a specific unit. All of the 3BR units are about 1,500 square feet which is written in the listing description. A quick call to the on-site housekeeping dept. would have brought someone up within minutes to take care of any issues. The resort was at capacity over your Daytona 500 dates so elevator stops at multiple floors in a 26 floor high rise during peak times do occur.

Thanksgiving getaway

My family and I enjoyed our time at Universal Studios and decided we'd head to Daytona Beach with the few remaining days. I looked at a couple sites and found a place that fit our family with an ocean front view at a reasonable price. Wyndham Ocean Walk checked all the boxes and was a pleasure to stay at. We all enjoyed the pools, boardwalk and ocean during our stay.

I believe that I should be partially refunded because there was several issues the master bath tub did not work. The hot water in kitchen couldn’t break butter off hands with soap. There was no chairs or umbrella like the host said and it was 50 dollars to rent daily to rent on beach!! I feel I was robbed by the host due to the facts.

Was very nice. There was only one big issue. Paid for a 3BR/2Bath and when we got there they wanted to put us in a 2BR. After having to speak to a manager they were able to get us into what I paid for and had confirmation for. Also, the flooring in the unit we stayed in needed some attention.
