Great location in Heliopolis interior, very sunny, large terrace.

A few steps from the naturist beach and the famous Glamor club and its foaming afternoons. Very nice view of the sea and the Heliopolis gardens. The apartment is ideally placed, inside Heliopolis, southwest exposure.

High-speed optical fiber internet access.

Private parking. 4th floor with elevator.

Reversible climate control. Kitchen equipped with dishwasher, hotplates, espresso coffee machine, kettle, microwave grill, fridge with freezer, toaster, kitchen utensils and cutlery. Led TV, HiFi system, washing machine.

Convertible with a real, very comfortable Bultex mattress.

Sheets, towels, soap, shampoo, coffee capsules etc. provided. Safe, hair dryer, iron.
