Beautiful holiday apartment with unrestricted sea view and great landlords.

Beautiful holiday apartment with unrestricted sea view and great landlords, a place where you just feel comfortable and lean back (in October...)! Very beautiful, fully equipped three-storey apartment, located in a secure and neat residence, with parking space directly in front of the house. Large, sheltered terrace overlooking the sea and Cap d'Agde (small bathing bay nearby, larger ones within walking distance) and breath-taking sunrises. The central living level with open kitchen and terrace in front simply leaves nothing to be desired. The large master bedroom (with attached modern and new toilet and bathroom with shower) can be reached via a steep staircase. A wardrobe might have been advantageous here (!?), but we really could do without. Attentive and very friendly communication with Caroline and Benoit via WhatsApp before and during the trip. They did their utmost to make our stay as pleasant as possible (including an immediate replacement of a defective filter coffee machine!) – many thanks once again!!! Should we be drawn to the lovely region of Département Herault again, we know precisely where to stay!

Der Meerblick von der Dachterrasse des Appartements sowie die Nähe zum Strand sind hervorragend!Das Appartement befindet sich in einer abgeschlossenen Anlage, der Parkplatz ist direkt vor der Haustür. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war sehr gut. Wir haben vorab ausführliche Informationen zu unserem Aufenthalt erhalten. Auch auf Rückfragen wurde schnell reagiert.Unserem Empfinden nach, hätte das Appartement sauberer sein müssen. Auch das die Verriegelung der Terrassentür defekt war, ist einfach schade für unseren Aufenthalt gewesen.

Aussicht war top und Lage auch - 3 Min zum schönen Strand. Parkplatz direkt an der Wohnung. Wohnung war sehr sauber und groß genug für 5 Personen. Sehr freundlicher Vermieter. Auf jeden Fall sehr zu empfehlen!

Tolles Haus in ruhiger Lage

Wir waren für eine Woche im Haus. Das Haus liegt in Strandnähe und liegt an einer schön ruhigen Lage. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation war sehr einfach. Schlüsselübergabe, etc. hat alles sehr gut geklappt. Der Komfort des Hauses ist sehr hoch und wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefüllt. Nur zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank an die Vermieter!

Magnifique hébergement

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Cap d'Agde. L'hébergement est conforme en tous points à la description, très bien équipé et idéalement situé (proche des commerces et à quelques mètres à peine de la plage). La communication avec Caroline et Benoit a été excellente. Nous recommandons vivement cette location et y reviendrons avec plaisir lors d'un futur séjour.

Besser geht kaum! Tolle Wohnung, tolle Lage, ganz toller Vermieter

Von Beginn an alles perfekt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter über E-Mail und vor Ort über whatsapp war überragend. Kaum war die Frage gestellt war die Antwort schon da. Kaum zu steigern. Danke. Danke auch für die Flasche Begrüssungswein im Kühlschrank. Beim Haus überzeugen Ausstattung, Sauberkeit und natürlich 'Lage, Lage, Lage' in der ersten Reihe am Meer. Der Zuschnitt der Wohnung ist perfekt. Küche mit vorgelagerter Terasse sind ein Traum. Die Bewohner des 'Masterbedrooms' im Untergeschoss müssen ein wenig den Kopf einziehen, wenn sie die Treppe begehen. Ist aber kein Problem. Unser Fazit: tolle Wohnung in toller Lage mit ganz tollen Vermietern.

Une très belle location

Merci à vous pour cette très belle location. Idéalement placée, avec une vue juste exceptionnelle. Résidence ultra-calme, avec parking privé très appréciable. Par contre, un peu plus de rangement, notamment dans la chambre parentale, serait le bienvenu. Location à recommander vivement. Très bon séjour

Appartement très agréable, bien équipé et très bien situé. Belle vue sur la mer depuis la terrasse très spacieuse. Résidence sécurisée, parking privatif. L'ensemble correspond parfaitement aux prestations proposées. Caroline et Benoit ont été très réactifs à nos attentes. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Belle vue sur la mer. Appartement très agréable, très bien équipé et très bien placé. A 5 minutes de 2 plages avec au choix rocher ou sable fin, centre port et rue commerçante accessibles à pied . Les propriétaires sont très reactifs sur toute question.

Sehr schöne geräumige Wohnung mit fantastischem Blick auf das Meer und auf das Cap

Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub in der großen Wohnung über drei Stockwerke. Die große uneinsehbare Terrasse mit wunderbaren Blick auf das Meer mit Außendusche ist komplett möbliert. Es hat uns super gut gefallen. Nachts war es komplett ruhig, die Wohnung ist klasse ausgestattet mit allem was man will und braucht. Nur wenige Minuten zum Zentrum und zum Strand. Sicherer Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus (Wohnung).
