Avis mitigé

Malgré un défaut de propreté et des soucis d'humidité (matelas piqués de moisi, parquet gondolé par endroits et douche qui fuit), nous avons passé un bon séjour au garden city d'Évian. Le personnel est agréable et le cadre bien pensé et joli. L'endroit est idéalement situé avec une vue sur le lac magnifique. Je suis par contre très déçue d'abritel. C'est ma première location via ce site, je me suis laissée tenter par les publicités. Après réservation, j'ai reçu un mail du locataire me signifiant que mon appartement avait été payé à un tarif bien inférieur.... Après calculs et confirmation par l'hôte, j'ai payé ma location 150 euros de plus via abritel que si j'étais passée en direct avec l'hébergeant. Pour un tarif "meilleur prix garanti" on repassera !! Je reste joignable par abritel s'ils le souhaitent.
