Lieu de résidence parfait mais trop petit et très âgées avec équipements en pannes
Parking minuscule colle a une haie,.( Rayures sur la voiture). Problème avec éclairage, panne de.lave vaisselle et lave linge des le 2 ieme jour( nous avions fini avec nos mains) Frigo bancale ,et le pire et que la toilette est si petit, il faut ouvrir la.porte pour faire ces besoins.

Bonjour Madame,
Nous sommes navré d'apprendre que votre expérience dans ce logement n'était pas a la hauteur.
Les places de stationnement sont de taille standard et nous n'avons jamais rencontré de problème de stationnement dans cette résidence ni pour ce logement nous sommes donc assez surpris de votre retour.
Concernant les points évoqués, l'annonce stipule bien que ce logement fait que 35m².
L'agence s'excuse pour la gêne occasionnée concernant le lave-linge et lave-vaisselle.
Cependant un artisan est intervenu pour le lave-linge qui a été réparé aussitôt.
Pour le lave-vaisselle un technicien spécialisé à dû intervenir, cependant et comme nous vous l'avons informé, les entreprises spécialisées ont un planning très chargé au mois d'Aout.
Nous saurons cependant si votre souhait été de revenir sur l'ile de Ré vous trouver un logement plus grand.
