This beach house (unit A) was a great place to stay for a family of 5! (Kids aged 11,9,6) It felt larger than anticipated. The walk to the beach and many nearby restaurants was quick and easy. We enjoyed walking to the nearby playground and nature preserve and seeing the inlet also. The kids had a blast looking for lizards and playing sports in the back yard.

House was not very clean actually around the corners around the toilet in the bathroom look like mold in the corners. The couch was totally a waste of space took our bag chairs out of the car to sit in because the couch was so uncomfortable. No fans in either bedroom

We take cleanliness very seriously and are always happy to correct anything in real time when notified. The sofa is less than a year old and has not generated prior complaints, though we understand comfort preferences can vary. The home is equipped with central air conditioning throughout, which maintains a comfortable temperature in all bedrooms. Portable fans are not listed amenities for this property. We always encourage guests to communicate any issues during their stay so we have the opportunity to make things right right away.

We had a great stay overall- loved the beach and little shops nearby. The house was super clean too. Appreciated the beach umbrella & towels. It is worth noting that the listing is inaccurate- no beach view whatsoever (house is a 10min walk to the beach), no outdoor shower, just some spigots for rinsing feet I guess? This house is a duplex so the backyard, grill, laundry are shared. The backyard is also NOT fully fenced- there was a tiny baby gate to block a doorway. But you had to walk around the house to get to it. Not ideal for a family with a dog. The group on the other side were quite loud & it wasn’t pleasant to share space with them. Amenities were basic at best. For the cost we wouldn’t recommend it.

We loved our stay here. It’s close to the beach and near great places to eat. It’s also near other attractions such as Clearwater Aquarium. Check-in was a simple self-service, and the property manager was very responsive. Great place!

Perfect location and size

The place was awesome, we are a family of 5 and really enjoyed our stay. It is close to the beach and restaurants and the neighborhood is quiet. The wi-fi was fast and the place has everything you need. Highly recommend staying here.

Lovely beach house

We enjoyed the beach house. Lovely back yard. We had a small dog and the fenced in yard was perfect for him.The area was lots to do within walking distance. The locals appreciated our support as they come back on line after the hurricane.Great place to stay!

I was fascinated with this industry and wanted to know everything about it.
