Lovely stay

This is a fantastic house in a lovely part of France just on the edge of the arcachon basin. Lovely location and a brilliant house for 1/2 families. The pool is warm, shallow enough for children (ours are 3 and 5) and safe with a nicely enclosed garden. The house inside is beautifully furnished with a lovely deck and balcony which are perfect for outdoor eating. Overall a lovely stay and we are really hoping to come back next year. Pleasant stay, Great Pool

We stayed in the house in july 23 for two weeks and were 8 pax! It was spacoius, very well equiped, clean and really nice decorated. We all loved the great pool and the wooden terrace around the house, used the plancha quite often and enjoyed having Dinner by the Pool. The owner allowed us to pick fresh Tomatos from the yard as much as we wanted which was awesome! The communication with the owner was easy and he was very responsive. We had to transfer the deposit on their Bank Account after arriving - we found that a bit strange as we got that info via iMessage but got everything back after the stay! Towels were not included. To be fair: it was not mentioned in the insert (only bed sheets). The toilets and the downstairs bathroom were quite basic but ok! The shower downstairs flooded very easily which we took take care ourself but this needs to be fixed longterm. We totally underestimated the traffic to get to the atlantic coast beaches and the parking situation there was horrible. On busy weekend days it took us 40 minutes to get off the parking area as it was so crowed so we spend more time in the car than planned. One thing we really disliked was the fact that we were ask to empty the trashcan outside the house when our stay was over as the owner wanted it to be empty for the new renters. since this was not being done for a few days we were supposted to take care of that. To be honest: that was disgusting and not cool considering what we paid for the two weeks.

Dear Carla I ´m happy you liked our home last Summer Our house is a familly house and everybody have to participate on ecologic actions as emptying trashcan….Sorry about that even if you paid for two weeks😊 Since you rent last year We have added that towels are not provided. It was not clear for you and so I prefered to change it. The house is close to the Beach on the bassin We can swim only when the ride is high If you prefer to go to the ocean beaches (15 kms driving) you must take car and keep calm because of the trafic jam….it’s true on august We asked a deposit because you didn’t have check from French account. It was the most simple and quickly process. Sorry that it was strange for you. The others foreign tenants were not surprised…. Faithfully

Tres belle maison , confortable pour notre famille. Notre dernière petite fille de 13 mois avait sa chaise haute et des barrières pour les escaliers. Piscine très agréable. Accès au bassin en quelques minutes. Nous y reviendrons.

La maison est très bien située près de la plage et avec des commerces à proximité. La piste cyclable n est pas loin. La maison est bien équipée et reste fraîche même avec la canicule . La piscine a été très appréciée en cette période de canicule. Nous reviendrons !

Villa très spacieuse décorée avec goût. Les extérieurs sont très agréables, belle et grande piscine. Tous les équipements nécessaires sont présents, on se sent comme à la maison. Très bon confort.
