Stunning 2 bd 2 bth Ground Floor Condo Lake Conroe Near Clubhouse!
This stunning 2 bed and 2 bath ground floor condo has been remodeled and tastefully decorated.
Condo has 2 large bedrooms, each with a King size bed. There is an open floor plan and private screened patio from living area and Master Bedroom!
The kitchen is a nice size and features new quartz counters.
Each bedroom has its own bathroom and good sized closet space.
Condo is located in a quiet area of April Sound. It is walking distance to clubhouse and huge pool area. There is an assigned parking space directly in front of the condo.
Pets:
Help keep my condo pet friendly! Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis. If you wish to bring your pet, please contact me for prior approval.
Pets must be on a leash at all times in complex/neighborhood. You MUST clean up after your pet. The Owners Association is very strict on this.

Due to previous complaints from my neighbors, I ask that you do not leave your pets unattended for more than 3 hours.
Please note - complaints from neighbors due to not cleaning up after pets or pets barking, crying, whining, being destructive or generally causing a disturbance will result in forfeiting $250.00 of your security deposit. The money will be donated to Montgomery County Animal Shelter, located at 8535 Hwy 242 Conroe, Texas 77385 https://www.mcaspets.org/. I will of course let you know if I get a complaint and give you a ‘gentle warning’.
