De foto’s lijken van jaren geleden en komen niet overeen met de huidige staat: het huis is redelijk vuil, met veel stof, een zetel waar mijn hond niet in slaapt en plakkerige vloeren. Het onderhoud is dringend gebaat bij een grondige poetsbeurt. Een welkomsboekje met uitleg, WiFi-informatie en praktische toeristische tips ontbreekt. Afspraken met aannemers (en waarom dit niet op een wisseldag kan) zijn ook nodig. Positief is de ligging en ruimte; met betere netheid en duidelijke gasteninformatie kan dit huis flink verbeteren.

Gute Lage, gute Ausstattung
Wir sind mit dem Zug nach La Rochelle gefahren und haben uns für unsere Ferienwoche direkt am Bahnhof Fahrräder geliehen. So waren wir schnell in der Altstadt wie auch am Strand.
Das Haus ist gut aufgeteilt, alle drei Schlafzimmer sind geräumig, die Küche gut ausgestattet. Sehr netter abgeschlossener Innenhof. War eine schöne Woche.
