Please note: the upper bunk is best suited for children due to comfort and practical weight considerations. Fresh linens are provided in the closet for your comfort.

Important Notice: The hot tub area is currently undergoing hefty renovations, and the completion date is currently unknown. Construction crews will be on-site Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and guests may experience construction noise during these hours.

Unit is as advertised and as the pictures present. Very comfortable beds and the unit is well equipped to make your stay enjoyable. More than enough room for the 5 of us, 4 adults and 1 child. Definitely would book this space again next time we come to Fernie.

This is a great property! We were pleasantly surprised by the queen sized bunk bed and underground parking. AC is a must in the summer months and we know from experience not all resorts have it. AC worked well and everyone was comfortable. Kitchen is well appointed and has all the basic stuff you need. In suite washer and dryer is nice to allow you wash clothes so you don’t have to pack as much. Will definitely try to visit again next year!!!

We arrived late in the evening and discovered that the floor had not been vacuumed and the sheets on the bunkbeds had not been changed. The kids had to sleep in the dirty sheets in the bunkbeds for the first night. However, the property manager was responsive and had the condo cleaned the next day.

On arrival, one of the beds did not have bedding on it. I was simply told it was in the closet, and therefore to make it myself, which was unexpected but doable.
My son found a unfired shotgun shell/bullet on the floor.
The entire light fixture (not just the light cover) on the ceiling above the bunkbed fell on my daughters head as she was leaning over the bunk. The bolt securing the fixture to the ceiling came out and hit her on her head. I messaged the company to tell them and let them know that the fixure was haning from the ceiling only by the electric cords. They asked if someone could just come the next day to fix it. Thankfully it was only hanging over the foot of the bottom bunk bed so my child could still sleep there.
The next day when someone came to fix it, he asked "no one got hurt right?", and I said well it fell on my daughters head, and he looked at her and said "oh, but you are fine, right?"
There seemed to be no real concern for any of the above.
The condo is exactly as described. The place was very clean and comfortable. Very pleased with the cookware, dishes, beds, pillows, etc. The place was equipped with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Close to the ski hill and sledding trails. Great location. We will definitely be back!
