Great stay, close to beach an market

The house and lot are spaceious and located in a quiet area. Beach and market are in walking distance. We weren't missing anything for a relaxing stay. Will come back

Nice place, great location, a lot of space

Overall it’s a nice house with a lot a space and all the equipments you need. The devices were very clean (oven, frigde, washing machine) but the rest of the house is not clean, it needs a very good and large cleaning seasion (beds, closets, sofa…) The bed in the mater bedroom is old, needs at least a new mattress. Location is amazing!! Close to the beach, safe road for the kids…!

Les échanges avec l'hôte ont été excellent. Le grand séjour est parfait, la cuisine est très bien équipée, les 2 lits de 160 sont confortables. La 3e chambre est un dortoir parfait pour enfants ou ados. Les 3 salles de bain apportent un grand pour ne pas se bousculer.

Perfekter Aufenthalt für 4 Personen mit Hunden

Tolle Lage mit sehr großem Garten, der völlig abgeschlossen ist. Wenige Gehminuten zum Strand und ins Stadtzentrum. Auch ein Missverständnis (fehlende Bettwäsche) wurde von Julian perfekt und unbürokratisch gelöst. Rundum eine gelungene Urlaubswoche.Vielen Dank.

Feriendomizil mit hohem Potenzial, aber auch Schwächen

In Summe haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Ferienhaus ist im Prinzip sehr geräumig, angenehm ruhig und auch sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage zum Strand und zum Stadtzentrum ist hervorragend. Leider ist die Ausstattung etwas sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Wir hatten etwas Pech, da ein Dachfenster Ameisenbefall hatte und es durch ein weiteres Dachfenster hindurch regnete. Beide Fenster waren von uns nicht zu bedienen. Die zwei Schlafräume im separaten Haus waren nicht wirklich zu benutzen, da sich eine hohe unangenehme Geruchsbelastung entwickelte, die wir auch durch wiederholte Spülungen nicht eliminieren konnten. Es erscheint als wäre eine größere Reparatur notwendig, da an vier Stellen Fliesen wohl schon aufgemacht wurden (Spekulation unsererseits). Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber direkt und ok.

Bonjour et merci pour votre commentaire. En effet le matériel de la cuisine paraît vétuste mais fonctionnel. Nous prévoyons un changement après la saison estivale. Concernant les odeurs de la deuxième partie, nous venons de passer 3 semaines dans la maison et nous n' avons pas eu d odeur et aucun retour des locataires depuis Avril 2024. Cordialement julien

Grand jardin

La maison est bien située entre la mer et le marché. On peut faire tout à pied. Un grand jardin, sans vis-à-vis. Le silence absolut. 3 salles de bains! Grande terrasse.Très agréable.
