About this property

You’ll love this beautiful Villa in Championsgate resort which features two spectacular golf courses. Championsgate is centrally located just off the I-4 exit which makes the trip to the Parks really easy. Awesome restaurants are a five minute drive away allowing for an fantastic night out on the town. The home is quiet and serene and backs out onto a lake where you will see majestic sand cranes and other wildlife. The outdoor area features a south facing pool & spa (heating is an optional extra for both, see terms below), and sun loungers so you can enjoy Orlando’s amazing weather.

The interior is as neat as a pin and the open plan kitchen, dining and living area has been designed with entertainment in mind. The home features six bedrooms with the two masters upstairs en suite. All of the rooms have their own TV's and there is a lounge upstairs with a TV for the kids to watch their movies and play TV games (bring your console with) while you can catchup with the weekend sports downstairs or watch that movie that you have been planning to see on the 65' LED TV. The kid's rooms have been designed to capture the imagination of the little ones with each room having it's own unique theme.

. The home has a laundry with a dryer and washer. PLEASE NOTE that the spa is not a hot tub which means it will take a lot longer to heat up and in the winter months may not reach desired temperatures. Note further that pool/spa heat can only be booked for the duration of your stay and is payable upfront.

Week long stay for dance

The house had plenty of space for the 11 of us and the kids loved the pool. There were plenty on amenities near by as well. We do wish there would have been a grill and a few more essentials to get started.

Great house with lots of room

Great house, clean and pictures as shown in listing. Rene was great to deal with and replied to my messages promptly. Champions Gate is a huge community and the house is a bit far (9 minutes drive) from the Oasis Clubhouse where the community pool and water slide is located. Aside from always having congested traffic when exiting Champions Gate on i4, this was a great house and we enjoyed our stay!!

Family vacation

The home was great. Very clean and spacious for our family. There was a little noise issue from all the homes there. The little pond in the middle of the properties needs some major cleanup.
