Just across the road to the beach, could not be more convenient. Beach is just GREAT; nice Sand, not much seaweed and very few people when you consider how nice the beach is. The Host and the Cleaning Lady, Cynthia, are super friendly and helpful. Dorado's and the Salty Pelican are fine beach style food and adult beverages.

I would def stay here again! The house is steps away from the beach, nice area with the restaurant/bar within walking distance. The house is very clean, smells good & very well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen and bathrooms. Check in/ out was a breeze and John responds to texts promptly with helpful info. Thank you for a great birthday getaway! don’t forget the mosquito spray!

The description of the property is spot-on, as is the distance to the beach. Communication with the owner was excellent. The house was spotless. Everything you need - coffee maker (2 types); microwave, stove/oven, dishwasher, air fryer, refrigerator/freezer; pots and pans, dishes, glasses, utensils, and paper towels provided. Beach towels and bath towels provided. Washer and Dryer and laundry detergent. John, the owner was personable and accommodating. Our pups had a blast! Highly recommend this property.

The house was the perfect size for our family. Had everything we needed & more. The walkway to the beach is right across from the house. There is a bar & grill steps away with live music on the weekends. We’ve been coming to Surfside once or twice a year for about 10 years & this is definitely the most convenient location we’ve stayed.

Property was very clean and well maintained. The walk to the beach was very short but if you need to pull a wagon you had to navigate going up and down steep stairs on the board walk and there was no other way due to houses on the beach side having their own private boardwalk to the beach.

We had a great time on our family spring break trip, the beach house was terrific. Even though the weather didn’t cooperate, we had fun on the beach. The location was perfect and the house suited our needs. We hope to be able to stay again when it is a little warmer. Thanks!

The balcony was perfect. It had plenty of seating and you can see the house from the beach. We brought our beagle and we could keep an eye on her while she slept in the shade on the balcony.

Close to the beach

We enjoyed our visit! The house had everything we needed and it was a 3 minute walk to the beach. Enjoyed the view and our long walks on the beach.

Hey Kathryn I am glad you enjoyed your visit. But if it was a 3 minute walk to the beach then you must have been using the wrong ramp over the dunes as our walking bridge is directly across the street.
