Sleeps up to 20 people. 8 TV's and DVD's, game system, wifi, arcade system, pool table, electronic dart board, bar with kitchen, full laundry room. Lots of games & DVD's for indoor use.

All outdoor equipment provided to enjoy the grounds and lake. 7 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, Canoe, lily pad, yard games, outdoor seating including L couch on back deck, lounge chairs, multiple chairs, fire pit area. Boat dock to moor your own boat.

The property was a perfect fall setting for the parents & siblings of the bride & groom from out of town to watch football, read, or reconnect over board games & puzzles. The bridal party was able to get ready in separate spaces & take great fall photos with the lake background before heading to the wedding venue. The entry staircase & outdoor patio were beautiful "first look" experiences.

Annual Family Reunion

Sycamore Cove is a lovely property with so much space for large groups, and so many wonderful amenities.Communication with the owner was excellent and the check-in process was seamless. Our entire family enjoyed three wonderful days of outside and inside activities. Give it a try… you’ll like it!

Wonderful home for family wedding

We stayed here for a family wedding, and the home was great! We had plenty of room, and enjoyed views of the lake every morning and evening. Our son-in-law docked his boat at the floating dock and we enjoyed cruises around the lake. The VRBO host, Lori, checked in and was very responsive on any questions.

Great time with family

We had a great weekend celebrating the holiday season with children and grandchildren in Indiana. The kitchen was great! The Christmas decorations were very nice, including the tree. My wife and I loved the English drinking room to sit and drink wine.

Family Birthday Celebrations!

This is our second time staying here and we have loved it again!!! We celebrated a 70th birthday with the entire family and everyone had a blast. We enjoyed boating, playing pool, kayaking, playing the arcade machine and relaxing outside and on the beach. We would definitely stay again. The owners are great to deal with, the place is clean and there is plenty to do. Thank you for the great time!!!

Amazing weekend in a fabulous home!

The property was exactly as advertised. The kitchen was well stocked with all the supplies you can think of, including a welcome basket full of snacks and beverages. The rooms were very well appointed. The property provided the perfect getaway for a ladies trip! It is also the perfect home for families as there is a game room and media room for watching movies. We are looking forward to booking this property and location again!

Amazing property!

What an amazing house in an amazing location! Our family had so much fun using the kayaks and paddle boards. We also had a great time relaxing by the bonfire and watching movies in the theater. The kitchen was stocked with more than enough dishes/glasses/silverware for a small army. We very much appreciated Lori's quick responses and treats that awaited us when we arrived. We couldn't have asked for a better lake house vacation!

The Perfect Reunion Spot

Our stay couldn’t have gone better! We had 8 adults and 8 kids ages 5 and under and we can’t stop talking about the wonderful stay and property. Lori started out by allowing a family who had lost power overnight check in very early so they could enjoy A/C and a shower. She proactively checked in on us and was very responsive.The house itself was so perfect for our group! It was clean and spacious. The kids had plenty to do between the beach, water toys and boats, movie room, arcade games, etc. For us adults it was nice to have separate spaces for each family and also nice that once the kids were in bed we could chat and listen to music in the main level, basement, or outside without bothering the kids. The trip definitely fit the ideal picture we had in our heads leading up to it.We are all midwesterners very used to lake bottoms and all of our kids had water shoes so we were in the water a good 75% of each day. However, just a heads up to anyone not used to a lake, the bottom is seaweed which can feel musy so bring yourself some water sandals if you aren’t certain you’d like the feeling.

Family Christmas 2022

This home is spectacular! Despite the frigid cold (-38 degrees with wind chill), we were warm & safe & had SO MUCH FUN!! We were able to gather or disperse as we wanted up to the theater room or in the living room / kitchen area with big gas fireplace to watch TV, play cards & games, nap & enjoy being with each other. The owners were quick to reply & help with a couple of minor inconveniences due to the rare cold. We never lost power, but the downstairs rec room with TV & bar walkout to deck area was a little too chilly for the Floridians to enjoy for long. If it had been warmer, we would have gathered on the decks around the fire pit to watch the sunset. The house was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Had plenty of room for us to cook a Christmas feast & open gifts; it felt like home. We loved it so much that we're trying to work out schedules to return in the summer for swimming and boating!! Thank you to Lori et al for your hospitality in sharing your beautiful home on the lake. Hint: the best lake view is from the Master bath!

Absolutely beautiful property and owner went over and above in supplying everything we needed.

I decided to invite family and friends to celebrate my 60th birthday. Since some were from out of town, I wanted to get a property where we could all stay to celebrate safely. I found this property on VRBO and thought it might suffuce. Seeing the listing did not prepare me for the perfection of the property. We drove up and were floored at the view of the lake. We walked into soaring ceilungs with a staircase up, a living room to the left, a sitting room to the right and a large kitchen straight ahead. The rooms were well appointed and contained everything we needed for our stay, and more! There were extra linens, snacks and everything we could need in the kitchen. There was so mych to do that we couldnt even fit it all into the weekend. We did have a great time in the theater room for karaoke. And, the football lovers enjoyed the 65" TV in the basement. There was so much more we could have explored given enough time. But my great-nephew summed it up best when he said, "This is the best birthday party ever!!". Thanks Lori and staff for making this wonderful place available!!

We stayed here last week with our leadership team, and the home was absolutely beautiful — spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked. It had everything we needed and more, even small touches like K-cups, extra trash bags, and paper towels that you don’t often see in a VRBO. Every bed was super comfortable, and our host, Lori, was incredibly responsive and thoughtful throughout our stay. We will absolutely stay here again!

Fantastic. Host very responsive. Well stocked kitchen. Great lake toys. We did a friends with teenage kids vacation, there were 16 of us. It was perfect! Our teens played Rockband for hours (as well as tons of swimming). Also, fabulous outdoor spaces. Watch the video you receive a week before, if you rent this. It was helpful.

Perfect House on the Lake

My friends and family chose this house because of the perfect location and amazing house! The beach area was a big hit! We had a lot of fun in the basement with the pool table, arcade game, and dart board! The house was very spacious and view from the master bedroom was awesome! We also used the huge back door patio a lot at night! Lori was super helpful and very responsive to any of our questions! We will definitely be staying here again!!

Why they chose this property

Husband & business partner renovate houses and they purchased this property in 2016 and rehabbed every part of it. Our family had such a good time visiting while the property was being flipped that we decided we couldn't part with it and wanted to keep it and share it with other families.

It is a very unique property as it is at the end of a secluded road with only 1 neighbor next door. It is very relaxing and offers activities for all family members while also giving everyone the space they need.

Everyone who has stayed at the property has raved about what a good time they had, how nice the property and accommodations are. Picture don't capture the beauty of the property and house.
