We had a fantastic stay- Kim was an excellent host! The house was so clean and decorated very nicely, and being able to bring our dog with us for the trip was an added perk! Highly recommend!!

Absolutely amazing host and property. Can say enough about this stay. The amenities were impressive. They furnished snacks, detergent, cleaning items, plenty of paper towels and toilet paper. Also plenty of towels and blankets. We also got to use the garage to store items. Wish all host/stays were this great! We will def be back.

Of all of the vacation rentals we've had over the years, this was BY FAR our favorite. It felt like being at home with the comforts and ease. Westfield is so beautiful and there are many places within walking distances including parks and food. And an added bonus was the peaceful neighborhood. Kim was a fantastic host.

We enjoyed a great stay at Kim's Cozy Ranch. The home was clean, comfortable, recently updated and offered all of the comforts of home. The beds were comfortable, the linens were plentiful and nice and the kitchen was very well stocked. Kim has certainly put a lot of thought into equipping the home for families involved in sporting events at Grand Park. It was so convenient to get to the park each day and having the washer and dryer was wonderful. We also appreciated the ability to park in the garage. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe throughout our stay. The home was in close proximity to many amenities. Once all of the road construction in the area is complete it will be even better. Communication with Kim was fast, easy and she was very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend Kim's Cozy Ranch to others. Thank you, Kim, for everything!

Quiet neighborhood and the option for garage parking were nice even though we didn't use the garage. We were hesitant to rent because of pets being allowed and previous bad experiences at pet friendly rentals but it was clean and we saw no evidence of pets having been there. We would book again.
