About this property

Semi-new 4-person Savoyard chalet in the middle of the mountains

We offer you the rental of a new eco-responsible half-chalet for 4 people of 74 m2 or the rental of the entire chalet of 148 m2 with a plot of more than 2500m2. (See the other ad corresponding to the chalet 8 people)

Comfortable chalet, furnished and equipped at an altitude of 770m, in a quiet hamlet.

On the ground floor, WC, large living room with equipped kitchen and a wood stove in one of the 2 half-chalets.
Upstairs, shower room, mezzanine, bedroom, 160/200 beds and, or a 140/190 bed or 2 bunk beds depending on the half chalet.

The chalet is located in Petit-Bornand, in the commune of Glières Val de Borne in Haute Savoie, 15 minutes from La Clusaz and Le Grand Bornand, 45 km from Annecy, Chamonix and Geneva.

Bed linen and towels are provided.
Washing machine.
Baby cot and playpen on request.

Cleaning is requested at the end of the stay
Rates are quoted for one week, contact us for shorter stays.
During the school holidays, the chalet is rented from Saturday to Saturday.

lichtdurchflutetes Chalet

Das Chalet ist eine Doppelhaushälfte, auf der anderen Seite wohnen ebenfalls Gäste. Es ist sehr neu und richtig schön. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet und es fehlte an nichts. Abends haben wir gerne auf der Boule-Bahn Petonque gespielt.

Chalet neuf et Tout confort.environnement très calme avec une vue magnifique sur les montagnes. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et de bons conseils pour les activités à faire dans les environs.

Très belles prestations

très belles prestations et endroit très calme avec vue sur les montagnes. Seul défaut, Abritel laisse chacun se débrouiller et ne sert que de boite aux lettres pour un tarif avoisinant les 20% du loyer et au frais du locataire. je ne ferai plus appel à Abritel. Luc DAHAN
