This renovated 4 bedrooms / 3 full bathrooms offers a fully stocked kitchen, laundry room, high-speed internet & a 200 SF terrace. It is surrounded by restaurants, cafés, shopping, and many attractions.
Some free street parking can be found at times.
We have 1 spot located behind the apartment ($30 car/night).
The closest indoor parking lot is located at 400 rue de Malines.
Mont-Royal Avenue, Mount Royal Mountain, and St-Laurent Boulevard are less than a 5-minute walk. Whether it is for a family vacation, a friend's reunion, or a business trip, this apartment is perfect.
Once you book this space, you will have access to the whole apartment, which is located on the 3rd and top floor.
There are 12 steps to climb to reach the 1st level and another 20 steps inside to reach the top floor. There is NO elevator.
Le Plateau Mont-Royal is one of the most popular and vibrant places to stay in Montreal. It has a ton of shops and cafés as well as many "mom and pop" stores.
Le Metro Mont-Royal is a 5-minute walk. Taking the subway is the easiest and least expensive way to get around Montreal. It's also the best way to avoid traffic and parking tickets.
Taxis or Uber are also easily found in Montreal.
Other notes:
- This apartment has 1 indoor camera (facing the front street door) for break-in prevention only. No live feed and no view inside.
- You will be asked to provide your email and phone number once the booking is confirmed by VRBO. We reserve the right to ask for ID if the reservation is made less than 30 days in advance.
- You must be 25 years old to rent this apartment. Anyone under the age of 21 not accompanied by a parent will need to provide the parent's or legal guardian's consent in writing.
- No 3rd party reservation will be accepted. The person making the reservation must be present during the stay.
- Visitors and additional guests are not permitted on the premises.
- Non-smoking policy: Cigarettes and cigars are tolerated only if smoked OUTSIDE. Marijuana is NOT permitted on the premises, not even on the balcony. When smoking outside, please do not through cigarette butts on the ground.

- Parties are not permitted. If we receive a noise complaint, you will be notified, and if the noise persists, you may be asked to leave.
IMPORTANT:
- With the rise of car theft in Montreal, anyone driving in should consider bringing a steering wheel lock bar or any other device that could keep the car from driving away (like a car boot). Anyone driving SUVs, especially Toyota Highlander, Honda CRV, any type of Lexus, Jeep (all kinds), Pickup trucks, or Toyota Rav4 Hybrid is encouraged to use indoor lots (the closest is located at 400 rue de Malines, a 10-minute walk away).
As a courtesy, we have a steering wheel bar available that guests can borrow.

Bernhard and Frederique spent almost 20 years traveling the world on cruise ships working in several departments. This is where they met and after a true Love Boat story (they literally met on the Love Boat!), they decided to elect permanent residence in Montreal where Frederique was born and where they spent the last few years working in the property management field.
Because they love it so much, they decided to buy this 2nd rental property located in the best part of town, Le Plateau Mont-Royal and to start welcoming people from around the world.
In 2016, their daughter Abigail was born and so was FAB HomeRentals. It just worked out perfectly. F for Frederique, A for Abigail and B for Bernhard. FAB!

The location is really unbeatable. Two bedrooms have their own full bathroom and there is a 3rd full bathroom to share. The property is huge and the terrace is the best to relax after a long day exploring the city!
