Our house is perfectly located: in the village, close to everything but... quiet, facing the sea.

The house has:

5 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom:

- Bedroom N°1 with a 160x200 bed
- Bedroom N°2 with 3 beds of 90x200 (1 bench and bunk bed)
- Bedroom N°3 with a 160x200 bed
- Bedroom N°4 with a 160x190 bed
- Bedroom N°5 with 2 beds of 90x200 (bunk bed)

2 living rooms and 2 kitchens:

- 1 on the ground floor
- 1 upstairs (with sea view)

1 terrace with teak furniture and deckchair

1 walled garden

CONCIERGE PACKAGE:

The "Cleaning Fee" corresponds to a service of a house ready for your arrival:

- The house will be cleaned on arrival
- Beds will be made
- Two towels per adult and one towel per child will be at your disposal
- You will have for your stay (toilet paper, dishwasher tablets & dishwashing liquid as well as a kitchen stock with oil, vinegar, sugar, coffee...)
- and the TOP... the house will be cleaned after you leave... a ZEN and cool start!!

A renovated family home for an exceptional holiday.

Passed down within our family since the end of the nineteenth century, this house is above all a house of heart. It has been completely updated with quality materials. You will find a resolutely "holiday" spirit and a very functional layout to meet with family or friends.

Because it is a lively house full of history, we carefully select our tenants: we open our doors to respectful travellers, who are able to take care of the place and take care of it as if they were their own.

The house can accommodate up to 11 people in total (5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, ideal to avoid traffic jams on the way back from the beach!).

🧹 Concierge fees, cleaning and linen
For all reservations, regardless of the duration, concierge fees apply. This comfortable package includes:

Complete cleaning is provided before and after each stay.

Beds made on arrival.

Linen: towels provided.

⚠️ What the cleaning package does not include:

The cleaning package does not exempt you from the basic rules of community life. The dirt of others is often very unpleasant, while your own is tolerated... so clean as if you were doing it for yourself! Before your departure, the following remain at your expense:

Empty the dishwasher and store everything in its place. If you use the 2 kitchens, be careful not to mix dishes and utensils together.

The thorough cleaning of the plancha, the broiler pans in the oven and the impeccable cleanliness of the inside and outside of the pans.

Empty the bins (including glass) and put the dry laundry in the dedicated bags.
