Our beautiful and well appointed and furnished house is full of local character and it is ideally situated in the calm part of Le Bois Plage, halfway between the best sandy beaches and the charming old harbour town of Saint Martin. It is well suited for you stay in all seasons, due to its location, comfortable furniture and fittings, central heating and open fire.
You will be comfortable as a party of 8 or 14, and you will enjoy the large patio and garden.

A wonderful week

We had a fantastic time staying at this gite, with three generations of our family. The house is well equipped and very comfortable - and has lots of space for bikes to be stored. It is a short cycle ride to Saint-Martin, to the centre of Bois-Plage (where there is a market every day during the summer) and to the beach. We would recommend the house to other large family groups!

Family stay in Ile de Re

Great location - you can ride by bike through v quiet streets to the centre of Le Bois Plage within 10 minutes; also to S Martin within the same amount of time, through vineyards. Also well placed to get to lovely beaches through great ride through pine forest, not more than 15 mins ish. Property is spacious, lovely big lounge and dining room, various choices of bedrooms. Nice big kitchen. We had a very enjoyable stay, in a typical Ile de Re house.

5 weeks multi-generational holiday

The property was perfect for the holiday we wanted. It was relaxed clean and big enough for our extended family and friends to holiday with us on varying weeks, over the 5 week period. The family who own the property were delightful to communicate with, and more than happy to help make our holiday an easy one. The property manager/contact was also very helpful and always there to answer any queries we had. If you are looking to hire bicycles then hire them in town. The bikes we hired via the property manager, had not been maintained. They were difficult to ride, one broke, another had a puncture! The cost was the same as those found in town, which we found to be well maintained and of a better quality. Having said that, nothing detracted from the wonderful time we had at the property and exploring the beautiful island. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone.

Logement idéal pour notre besoin

Nous Ă©tions un groupe de 10 amis pour un WE et nous avons vraiment apprĂ©ciĂ© la disposition des lieux, avec notamment une cour intĂ©rieure nous permettant de manger dehors confortablement. Les Ă©quipements (cuisine, plancha, 
) nous ont permis d’organiser nos dĂźners de façon optimale. Au niveau du couchage, la maison est vraiment bien organisĂ©e. Si vous n’ĂȘtes que des adultes, aucun pb pour les courts sĂ©jours. En outre, la propriĂ©taire est charmante (contact e-mail uniquement) et la personne gĂ©rant sur place est vraiment sympathique.

Une petite bulle de soleil !

TrÚs beau gßte, agréable à vivre avec plein d'ouvertures et de lumieres naturelles dans toutes les piÚces ! En dehors de la plancha gaz qui nous a fait défaut (les précédents occupants ont négligé de le signaler à la propriétaire), le sejour fut trÚs sympa avec un beau temps au RDV et donc de bons moments à profiter de la terrasse. Hébergement proche de la plage (30 min à pieds).A recommander !

La maison est charmante, tous s'est trĂšs bien passĂ© ! À noter cependant : la chambre cabine est indĂ©pendante et n'est pas reliĂ©e aux autres chambres, tout comme le dortoir. Ils donnent bien sur la cour principale de la maison, donc parfait pour les enfants autonomes mais pas pour les tout petits. La maison sinon est idĂ©alement situĂ©e, beaucoup de place pour ranger les vĂ©los, la cuisine est bien Ă©quipĂ©e, nous avons passĂ© un super sĂ©jour !

Nous avons passĂ© un super sĂ©jour malgrĂ© la premiĂšre semaine de mauvais temps et toute une sĂ©rie de dĂ©sagrĂ©ments logistiques Ă  l’arrivĂ©e (plaque Ă  induction HS, un parasol manquant, une dizaine de spots et ampoules grillĂ©es
) mais qui ont tous Ă©tĂ© rĂ©glĂ©s rapidement grĂące Ă  la disponibilitĂ© sans faille de Brigitte, la personne en charge de la gestion de cette belle maison, trĂšs agrĂ©able Ă  vivre et super fonctionnelle pour une grande famille. Mention spĂ©ciale aux matelas super confortables ! La position trĂšs centrale, entre Saint-Martin et le bourg du Bois-Plage, qui nous inquiĂ©tait un peu sur le papier, s’est avĂ©rĂ© un plus indĂ©niable pour les balades en vĂ©lo

VÀldigt trevligt stÀlle

Mycket trevligt och rymligt hus. Vi hyrde cyklar vilket Àr ett mÄste för att ta sig till strand och sevÀrdheter pÄ ön. Brigitte och Catherine som vi var i kontakt med under veckan svarade snabbt och var mycket hjÀlpsamma nÀr nÄgot krÄnglade.
