It features a fully equipped kitchenette (oven, induction cooktop, range hood, microwave, coffee maker [Tassimo pods], fridge-freezer, etc.) that opens onto the living area.<br>The living room/sleeping area features a large queen-size bed (160x200 cm) and a TV. <br>There is also a dining area in the room.<br>There is a large built-in closet in the apartment. <br>The bathroom features a walk-in shower, toilet, vanity unit, and hair dryer.<br>Toiletries (shower gel and shampoo) are provided free of charge. <br>An 8 m² terrace is furnished with patio furniture, a table, and chairs, where you can enjoy your meals with a breathtaking view of Pero Beach and the Omigna Tower. <br>Bed linens and towels are provided free of charge.Breakfast: €15.00 per person The residence features a laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, and ironing board; free parking with a card-operated charging station for electric cars; a luggage storage area; and a bike garage.
