Spacious luxury apartment in a convenient location

Beautiful and spacious apartment. We were very happy there and there was plenty of space for our family of 4. It was great to have the washer / dryer in the basement and we were also able to leave our things there on the last day as we arrived late. Great location as it town centre and very close to the “cage lift” which takes you to the slopes. A bit of noise from the pub across the street at night hut apartment well sound proofed and with some ear plugs no problem!

Fijn appartement, alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt! Goed uitgeruste keuken, 4 slaapkamers met kasten. Fijne moderne badkamers. Super goede ligging. Enige minpuntje is dat er erg veel herrie is van de tegenoverliggende kroeg tot 2u in de nacht iedere dag.

Bel appartement en plein coeur de la station

Appartement en tous points conforme à l’annonce . Très pratique. Tout y est yc le local skis privatif qui fait aussi office de buanderie. Emplacement central desservi par les navettes. Seul bémol, le café d’en face (free ride) et la « délicatesse » de ses noctambules. Mais le reste compense ce désagrément. Propriétaires très sympa, souples et réactifs Merci Stephane. N'a pas aimé: L'appartement est bruyant la nuit car devant se trouve un pub anglais chargé où les gens crient et chantent tous les soirs jusqu'à 1h du matin à 3h du matin. L'appartement est loin des pistes de ski, à 10 minutes à pied, nous préférons ski in et ski out.

Nous avons habité cet appartement pendant 7 ans et n'avons jamais été perturbé par les nuisances sonores que vous semblez vouloir décrire. Le pub "Free Ride" ferme à 1h du matin et la Police Municipale veille à ce que les touristes fêtards ne perturbent pas la tranquillité des résidents du Centre Ville de sorte que du bruit de 1h à 3h du matin paraît impossible... de surcroît, le double vitrage doublé des volets isolants (si vous les avez bien fermés comme préconisé) protège de telles nuisances si elles devaient exister... le point sera néanmoins remonté à la Police Municipale qui est très vigilante sur le sujet... Quant à l'accès aux pistes, je rappelle qu'une navette (gratuite) s'arrête juste devant la résidence !!!

Un excellent séjour dans le quartier le plus sympa de la station et relativement proche des pistes. Appartement parfait, tout équipé, chaleureux et calme avec de superbes terrasses pour profiter du soleil. Un grand merci aux propriétaires qui ont communiqué efficacement l'ensemble des informations et étaient disponibles pour toutes nos questions. Parfait pour les grands et les plus petits avec une belle et grande pièce de vie. Nous reviendrons !

Très bel appartement, moderne, propre. Parfait si l’on veut être en plein centre de l’Alpe d’Huez (Un peu loin des pistes en revanche)
