Need to get away? Perfect Vacation Spot. The condo is immaculately clean with a spacious wrap around patio to relax and enjoy the vast ocean views. This 800 square foot condo is spacious with plenty of outdoor living spaces and a king sized bed in the bedroom. Close off the curtains for privacy from the other areas of the house! We have a Fully stocked kitchen (you bring the food), queen sleeper sofa, dining table outside and eat in kitchen inside. Views toThatch Cay, Water Bay, Coki Beach area and all the way to Tortola in the BVI.

At the condo, we have towels, linens, beach towels, and a cooler available for your use. If you are new Airbnb, please keep in mind that you are renting a private condo and you won't have the same services and staff available to you as you would in a hotel (such as concierge service, daily housekeeping, linen changes or turn down service). Our vacation home is your home for the week or for however long you have booked! Head out on a daily adventure every day!

We are located 3 miles from bustling Red Hook which is the heart of the boating community and has a grocery store, shops, bars and restaurants to suit any taste. Ferry service to St. John and the British Virgin Islands is available from Red Hook as well as private boat charters.

The Condo is located only 6 miles from downtown Charlotte Amalie, the capital of the US Virgin Islands. It has a deep water harbor that was once a haven for pirates, but is now one of the busiest ports of call for cruise ships in the Caribbean. For us non-cruisers though, that means shopping - duty free. And great views, dining on some local cuisine, and sampling the local Rum among other specialty drinks.

Our condo is located 8 miles from the airport. You can take a taxi or rent a car. To truly enjoy the island from our location, we do recommend a car, but taxis in all shapes are also available.

Perfect for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). We strive to do our best, to ensure you have a great vacation! Make our home away from home, yours during your next vacation.

Guests have access to the entire space! We have a locked closet and a locked cabinet for owner storage.

We have an on-island property manager to take care of any issues!

Your condo is located just 5 minutes from Red Hook. 2 minutes to Coki Beach, 3 minutes to Sunday Funday at Sapphire!

We always recommend renting a car while on island - get out explore and adventure to your heart's content!

Taxis are also readily available!

Please keep in mind that our entrance is down a flight of stairs. To access the pools, watersports and the restaurants on property requires the use of stairs also.

Occasionally the island electric company WAPA will have an issue with their service and you may experience an unexpected power outage; sometimes this is island-wide and sometimes it only affects certain areas but it has nothing to do with the resort or our villa so unfortunately there isn’t anything we can do about it. Should this happen, you’ll also temporarily lose running water (which also means no toilet flushing) but there should be bottles of water under the bathroom sink to pour in the tank if needed. Should you experience a power outage, the restaurants on Point Pleasant have independent generators and so does the lobby so they will be open, but it’s a perfect opportunity to unplug and go to the beach or explore different places on the island. Most locals are used to this but I truly understand this is not the norm for everyone else – hopefully you can roll with it and look around at the beautiful views and appreciate the beauty along with the quirks of island life!

As private Hosts, we offer unique dates in our property and highly recommend purchasing "cancel for any reason" travel insurance which may cover many risks including airline cancellations and health emergencies at a minimal cost. We do not provide refunds due to airline cancellations, health emergencies, or power/wifi outages

The host for this property is amazing Jennifer and Xavier they are always there from the start to the end. They recommended restaurants, activities, and overall made our vacation one to enjoy. The bed is so comfortable the apartment is so comfortable there were days we just enjoyed the ocean breeze on the balcony and while watching tv. We will definitely stay with them again.

The views were beautiful! We really liked the beach bar. A lot of uphill and downhill walking on property. Close to many attractions. Hosts left us a nice 'welcome' gift. Bathroom needs work and cleaning.

A+ Vacation spot w/ Breathtaking Views

2 Adults & 2 kids- Gorgeous property, great location, immaculate accomodations and the most breathtaking view to wake up to every morning. 3 easily excusable pools, 2 great restaurants on property -loved & visited Shoreline Bar & Grill almost every night for a drink. Friendly staff on premises. We would definitely recommend renting a jeep for your stay to make the best of your vacation. We definitely will rebook again!

The views will literally take your breath away! This property was the perfect fit for our amazing vacation. We loved every second. Keep in mind this a Hilltop property and the drive to the resort will quickly remind you of that. Nevertheless, I will definitely be back to book another trip at the same exact location. You will not be disappointed! I surprised my Wife for her 40th birthday and she was blown away by the vibes!

Gorgeous view, quiet sanctuary

Really had a terrific 3 week stay here, highlights were the view, quiet hilltop pool, and the unit amenities/ service provided by the super host. Definitely some very steep hills/steps to walk, but we ended up appreciating the exercise and privacy of the location as positives. They also had resort shuttle services, but we did not use it. Cabs will pick you up at the hilltop just a short walk from the unit. Parking for your rental too if you go that way. Unit itself was great w all kinds of extra amenities, hosts were always available w quick attention and responsiveness. Sugar beach on the property is very small not much snorkeling, but a short car ride away are wonderful beach and snorkeling spots like Lindquist and sapphire. Booked again for next year already, great value.

Gorgeous Views and Cute Condo

The views from this condo were absolutely gorgeous! You can see various other islands around St. Thomas and the beautiful ocean. Having the ability to open the door walls was so cool, and the non-stop breezes were perfect. The sunrise in the mornings were gorgeous! The condo was cute and comfortable. I stayed with my 2 teenage daughters and gave them the bedroom. I slept on the pullout couch, which was surprisingly comfortable. There were plenty of sheets, pillows, blankets, towels, etc. We rented a vehicle which made it easy to get to the condo and around the island for shopping, food and entertainment. The location is great, just a few miles from Red Hook where you can pretty much get anything you need for your stay. Close to the ferry docks as well. The resort was nice, several pool options and 2 restaurants right on property. We ate at the Shoreline Bar & Grill one night - there was a wait, but the staff were super nice, with good food and drinks. It's right on the water and you can see the fish swimming about while waiting for your food! Communication with the host was wonderful, she was very responsive before and during our stay. There was a nice little care package of food upon arrival, which was perfect, since we were starving from the flights over and hadn't had time to go to the grocery store. Overall, we had a great experience here and would stay again in the future!

A View to Remember

Breathtaking. Spectacular. Beautiful. I can keep going. Safe. Clean. Well maintained. The property is conveniently located as the drive/ride to Red Hook was under 10 minutes and the drive downtown or to the airport takes less than 30 minutes. Catching a ferry to island hop was easy. I woke up to an amazing sunrise and roosters and went to sleep with moonlight on the water. I didn’t miss going to the gym as the stairs and hills alone provided me with a good workout. The rental looked exactly the way that it did in pictures. The residents and guest were friendly as well as the staff. If you don’t want to climb the stairs, there’s a shuttle on the property that will take you up. Catching a taxi was easy between the hours of 8am - 5pm. It may be challenging to get one earlier than 8 unless you make arrangements in advance. I was sad that my trip had come to an end. I will definitely try to book this property again.

Great stay with spectacular views !!

Had a great time staying at the property. Breathtaking views from the balcony of US and Bristish Virgin Islands. The place was clean and space was good enough for the 4 of us. Lot of towels and beach accessories in the room that was very helpful. Will definately come back and highly recommended. Also the property manager Xavierie was very prompt in responding to all queries and gave valuable information about the entry exit and activites on the island which made the stay stress free .

Anniversary trip

Absolutely stunning views from Condo. Fully stocked with everything we needed including beach chairs and cooler. The drive up to the property is not for the faint of heart. If you don’t like a very steep drive this is not the place for you. A short walk from the parking area to the condo with steps going down to door. Bathroom is the only area that needs attention. Very dated and needs a good overhaul. Water pressure is terrible. Overall cleanliness was ok. The shudders closing off the living space to the bedroom were absolutely filthy. We rented this property for the views and were not disappointed in the least. A few little updates to this condo and it would be perfect. We overall had a fantastic stay.

Our stay here was great the view was amazing! The condo looks just like the pictures shown. The location was perfect for our planned attractions including Red Hook. The owners answered all my questions in a timely manner they also provided snacks for us upon arrival which was very kind of them. I highly recommend staying here you won’t be disappointed!

This property is beautiful. The condo was perfect for our family of 4. The sleeper sofa and second couch provided both my son and daughter (10,11) their own place to sleep. The condo was very clean and provided all the necessary amenities for a wonderful vacation. The views are beautiful as is the property. Point Pleasant provides everything you need from a great location to multiple pools, restaurants, and grounds to explore. The condo owners provided excellent communication from start to finish. Highly recommended!

Easy Breezy Lemon Squeezy

This is the second time I've rented a unit at Point Pleasant from the same hosts and they are terrific. Pt. Pleasant is a great location on the island because it's an easy drive to either Red Hook or Charlotte Amalie and to 3 of the best beaches on the island - Magen's, Lindquist, and Secret Harbour. Can't say enough about the views from the unit - it's magical to look out at St. John and the BVIs. The unit was comfortable and was equipped with amenities to cover all the bases - cooking, beach-going, wifi, tv. Anything I needed from the hosts, the response was within a few minutes. Overall, great stay!

Our first time at St. Thomas

We had the best time at our stay here! You can’t beat the view from the balcony! It was absolutely stunning! They had beach chairs and cooler ready for us to hit the beaches of St. Thomas! This condo was beautiful, and really gave you the St. Thomas vibe we were looking for. We also enjoyed exploring the property, taking the little trail down to the little beach, some pool time, and ordered dinner from the on-site restaurant. It’s very close to Red Hook, which we ate dinner at a couple of times also. This property made our first trip to St. Thomas perfect!

Awesome View

The view from the huge balcony was fantastic. We were traveling with 2 teens who appreciated the large living room and comfortable couches to sleep on. The bonus of the use of beach chairs, cooler and extra snorkeling gear was much appreciated. Overall, the property was nice, but somewhat dated. The onsite pool areas were ok, but very basic. Keep in mind that it is called “Hilltop” for a reason. A car is definitely recommended.

Perfect girls trip!

The condo was comfortable and clean and even had treats waiting for us when we arrived! The view was wonderful, we spent nearly every waking moment either exploring the island or on the porch. We used the 2 chairs and cooler every day which made our beach hopping much more enjoyable. The only downside to the condo is how high up it was in the resort. If we had not rented a car it would have been exhausting to walk up and down from the restaurants and beaches. Thankfully we did rent a car and spent most of the day exploring the entire island and came back to enjoy the stunning view each evening.
