This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo is the perfect getaway for your next family vacation. This moderately decorated condo comfortably sleeps 8 people. There is a king size bed in the master and 1st guest bedroom and twin bunk beds in the 2nd guest bedroom along with a queen sleeper sofa. There is a Pack N Play for those traveling with small children. The condo is pet-friendly (<35lbs). Perfect for the whole family getaway.

The condo is located on the 3rd floor and offers a view of the breath-taking emerald green waters of the Emerald Coast. The unit is just steps away from the crystal clear sandy beach, approx. 50 yards.

The Ciboney Complex offers a nice area with charcoal grills for grilling with the family with a community pool and tennis courts. The private beach access is located just across Scenic Gulf Drive.

Bring towels!

Overall, this condo is in a great location. Close to the beach and stores. However, there were not enough wash cloths for us to use more than once. There were only 7 wash cloths and 8 people. So we had to constantly wash them. Second, there is no skillet to cook pancakes or bacon in. The utensils did not work well, food stuck to them. There were not any sheets for the pull out couch bed. Lastly, we were unable to watch TV because it has a parental control code that must be input before you can watch ANY shows. Overall it is a good place to stay if you bring towels, wash cloths, and don’t plan to cook or use the couch bed.

Beautiful place

Easy access to the beach, easy access to your room, the management team was great easy to work with. I will stay here again!

Excellent!

We had a wonderful time staying here. It’s comfortably slept 4 adults and 4 children and it felt like a home away from home. The location is perfect and we would definitely stay here again.
