The CMTR Cottage is a waterfront property.
It sits on a bluff offering a commanding view of the sea.
It’s neighboring a beach park dedicated by the province to Henry Ketchum’s attempt to build a “Ship’s Railway” in the early 1800’s.
The beach is perfect for exploring at low tide. It is accessed through the adjacent beach park. You can literally walk for miles on the ocean floor when the tide is out. In the summer season the water is warm enough to swim. The water is deep enough for swimming for a few of hours on either side of the high tide mark.
While the cottage is very rustic, it is up-to-date with the all the modern conveniences including WiFi, Satellite TV, a dishwasher and laundry facilities. It is not air conditioned.
