Upstairs: bedroom-lounge (2 single beds separated from the living room by screens), shower room/WC, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed) (1 double bed). Baby equipment. Wifi. 2 televisions, one of which is connected. 2 small gardens with garden furniture to the south and north, deckchairs and gas barbecue. Petanque ground shared by the 2 gîtes. Car parking. 2 rowboats, 2 canoes, and 1 pedal boat are available free of charge at all times, with life jackets and maps. Fishing is available on site. Shops are available (bakery, supermarket, butcher, honey house, pharmacy, and doctor). Small market on Wednesdays. Public swimming pool open on summer afternoons in Benet (13 km) and Lake Xanton Chassenon 19 km away. Scarecrow Festival in Damvix starting in May (fun, signposted 3 km walking trail; 1 hour).
Bicycle rentals are available at the Damvix pier (10 m from the cottage). A small tourist train is available on site in the afternoon: the Tchou-Tchou. The Damvix Museum and its exhibition.
