About this property

This is a small private Rustic RV camp site with only a portable toilet available, I have a generator for electric and water in 5 gallons jugs.
this is on 2 acres. no crowds or party site. I live on property We are only one (1) mile from Crystal Family Resort. 1/4 mile to 2 Kayak launch sites on the Betsie River, which is great for fishing also.
We are only 1/4 miles from a Bike trail that goes to Buelah and then on to Frankfort. A Tour a Sand Dune that is 350 feet above Lake Michigan and a Real Marsh that has over 30 Bird Species, and the same for Fish.
You are only 1/4 mile away from kayak launch Sites on the Betsie River.
you will be right in the middle of TC, Cadillac, Sleeping Bear Dunes and Manistee
