About this property

8 Acres with 650 feet on the Betsie River to float, fish and swim! The google map still shows a pond but the dam is gone and the river frontage is incredible. This secluded, beautifully decorated, comfortable home is a perfect for getting away to relax after enjoying the great outdoors year round! 1 canoe, two kayaks provided! Just minutes to Crystal Mountain and a great launch point for Sleeping Bear Dunes area. Enjoy the grill and patio, fire pit, trails, even a diy disc golf course! ORV trails are easily accessible and will take you straight to Frankfort. Come relax here!

All rooms are recently remodeled with new furniture. Plenty of room to move around and relax. Master bedroom has an attached bathroom with extra large tub. The kitchen is fully stocked.

There is a code lock on the door for easy access. The river is a short trail walk down the hill from the house.

Weekend ski trip

The house was perfect for our weekend away, great location. We enjoyed the slopes at Crystal and the drinks at Iron Fish. House was very clean & spacious. Loved the property, it was beautiful with all the fresh snow & pine trees along the stream.

Great place for our purposes

Great place to stay us 6 adults. We used the space for the fat chance bike race at Crystal Mountain. There is a spice rack but no salt and pepper or garlic salt. No big deal just an fyi. We made due. Loved the river as well even went cold plungin. Will definitely be back.
