Guest access
Guests will have access to entire unit, Clubhouse 5 AM to 11 PM , Gym, Pool and Hot tubs.

Other things to note
Fab key provided that will open all gates and doors to clubhouse and main gate ( by swapping next to the control unit for each entrance )
Owner will meet with guest to exchange keys and do a tour of the property or might have key in lock box and provide a code to access if no available due to timing.
Fire stick with access to free channels and apps is included and Wi-Fi access.
Club house has 5 big screen TV to watch games and relax, a piano, meeting room and bar.
This community looks and feels like a high end resort in Scottsdale.
BBQ area are located next to pool and also by the small pool. Bring your food and drinks. Note please that NO glass containers allowed in the pool area; please make sure you have plastic or aluminum cans; please clean after you use the facilities.
