The Gîte de la Marion and its indoor pool

Ideally located in the heart of Brittany, the Gîte de la Marion welcomes you in the middle of nature in the middle of its 2-hectare wooded park.

The accommodation:
A renovated house of character with a modern decoration, the Marion cottage is equipped to spend an excellent holiday with family or friends.

For your comfort, beds are made on arrival and bath linen is provided.

On the ground floor:
- a double bedroom (accessible to people with reduced mobility) with new 160 cm bedding
- 1 bathroom (walk-in shower)
- 2 toilets
- fully equipped kitchen
- dining room
- living room with wood stove (1st basket offered)
- a 3.5mx7m indoor swimming pool (salt water), heated, accessible from the house (secured)

Upstairs:
- 4 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with a 3-seater bunk bed (maximum 80 kg upstairs) and 3 bedrooms with 4 beds of 180 cm (new bedding) that can be separated into single beds according to your needs.
- 2 bathrooms (1 bathtub, 2 showers)
- 2 toilets

For the youngest:
-2 travel cots, 1 deckchair, potties and toilet reducers, 2 booster seats, 2 high chairs, children's cutlery, indoor games, TV area...

Outside:
- Playground, Ping pong table, swing, picnic table under the trees in the garden..

Please note: Cleaning before departure is to be done by the tenants (Possibility of cleaning package: Supplement of 300 euros).
