Très bon accueil, Madame Renard est très sympathique et accorde une grande confiance à ses locataires. Location très confortable, idéalement située à l'orée d'un parc, dans un environnement très calme, à proximité d'une belle plage accessible à pied en moins de 10 min. Je recommande cet appartement, très bien équipé, literie neuve et confortable. Les repas peuvent être pris sur le balcon, face au parc boisé. Immeuble très bien insonorisé Ascenseur et parking très appréciables. Petit centre commercial à proximité.(boulangerie, pharmacie, marché) Présence d'un gardien dans l'immeuble, très accueillant également. Lignes de bus pour rejoindre le centre ville de Royan et bien au-delà. Je recommande cettte location pour l'ensemble des services cités. C'est excellent.

Après une arrivée un peu chaotique rdv manque avec la proprietaire, nous avons été reçue qdm agréablement . Appartement top tt proche plage et commerces et parc . Tt le nécessaire pour passer agréable séjour.
