Jolie maison idéalement située

Charmante et agréable maisonnette avec un petit jardin parfait pour les enfants et les repas dehors. Possibilité en plus de garer le vehicule dans la cour. Très bon emplacement à 5 min de la plage et proche du port.

Gute Lage....

jedoch ist ein Auto in Royan notwendig. Glücklicherweise hat das Haus den Parkplatz direkt auf dem Grundstück. Absolut empfehlenswert, jedoch ist kein WiFi vorhanden.

Maison agréable et bien située.

La maison est tres agréable avec un bon emplacement (10min de la plage) dans un quartier calme. L'équipement est satisfaisant et comforme au descriptif. Seuls bemols la terrasse extérieure qui est défoncée et la table qui est instable et vetuste. Sejour néanmoins agréable dans l'ensemble.

Parfait

Logement très bien situé, proche commerces, marché central, plages, port, front de mer. Nous avons pu tout faire en vélo ou à pieds. Exterieur très agréable avec terrasse, pelouse, portillon fermant à clés et place de parking dans la cour du logement. Il y a vraiment tout le nécessaire interieur/extérieur pour passer de bonnes vacances, je recommande !
