Beautiful desert getaway. Located in a quiet neighborhood in North La Quinta. Nearby to many renowned golf courses, Indian Wells Tennis Gardens, and the Empire Polo Club. After a fun-filled day exploring La Quinta relax in the salt water pool (heating optional) and spa or practice your putting on the green. Feel like staying in? Enjoy the pool table, ping-pong table, board games, or watch a movie. Our home has three bedrooms and two newly remodeled bathrooms along with a fully equipped kitchen.

Entire home including two-car garage is available for your next desert vacation! Master bedroom has a king-sized bed with private en suite bathroom and entry/exit door to pool area. Bedroom #2 features a queen bed and Bedroom #3 has a twin-over-full bunk bed (designed for children or very small people). There are two bathrooms with the master having a double vanity sink and walk-in shower and Bathroom #2 featuring shower/tub combo. Toiletries will be found in the bathrooms (shampoo, conditioner, and soap).

Smart TVs with Firesticks streaming service included in both the living room (55"), master bedroom (46"), and family room (32"). Guest can either use the homeowner login or their own login for Amazon Prime TV and Movies. High speed Wi-Fi internet is available to use throughout the home.

Kitchen has a toaster, blender, microwave, oven, fridge with ice maker and filtered water dispenser, dishwasher, and stove along with dishes and cookware to serve eight guests. A drip coffee maker is included. Washer and dryer is available for guest use.

Other amenities include a big backyard pool (30ft long) and spa with heating available . Pool with spa heating available at $60 per day including spa or spa only at $35 a night. Maximum temperature allowed for pool is 85 degrees, 104 degrees for the spa. Indoor pool table, putting green, cornhole, and other yard lawn games. A full sized ping pong table is in the garage. There is a propane BBQ and fire pit available for guest use.

Other Rules to Note:

- Per new city rules, there is only low decimal noise and music allowed at this Vacation Rental property while being rented. If music is played it must be at a low decimal level outdoors at all times. Only the guests on the vacation rental agreement are allowed to stay in the property with limited amount of visitors during the day. If police or code enforcement officers are called to the property and they find outside noise or excess guests the primary guest is responsible for the fine in excess of $1,000. Primary guest must provide a photo copy of their drivers license before check-in.

- A vacation rental agreement with list of guests staying and emergency contact is required to fill out before arrival

- Cleaning fee covers two or three housekeepers onsite for 3hrs. Any additional time needed will be charged to the guest in half hour increments.

- (For guests staying over three weeks only) Unless pre-approved in advance to waive there is a mandatory guest paid housekeeping service are required every three weeks to help us keep the homes cleanliness level to our standards. Service includes laundry (linens, towels, etc.), floors/carpets, bathrooms, kitchen, bedrooms, living rooms, dusting, etc. Two or three housekeepers will be onsite. Guests must vacate the premises during the cleaning service to allow our staff to perform their job more efficiently.
