Situated 5 minutes from Arcachon beach, this flat, on the 1st floor of a residence in the centre of town, offers you all the comfort you need to put down your suitcases and enjoy everything on foot for a truly relaxing and serene holiday!
Fully equipped, it can comfortably accommodate 3 people. What's more, its 12 m² semi-sheltered terrace means you can relax from breakfast to dinner.

Big plus in season: a parking space completes this accommodation! (approx. 400 m from the accommodation, 3 min walk, right next to the market, electrically operated with beeper) PLEASE NOTE: this parking space is not suitable for large cars such as SUVs or estate cars.

You are in the heart of all the shops, Leclerc 200m Boulevard de la plage, restaurants and bars on the seafront, the famous market 5mn away, the Thiers jetty for shuttle departures to Cap Ferret, Ile aux oiseaux, the must-see Parc Mauresque, the Dune du Pyla, not forgetting the oyster huts around the port of La Teste, the port of Gujan.... Welcome to the Basin!
