Thistle Dhu is a superb, detached cottage in Newtonmore, within the Cairngorms National Park. This cottage sleeps eight people in four bedrooms, consisting of one ground floor twin, one king-size double, which can be a twin and has an en-suite shower room, one twin and one double with walk-in wardrobe, as well as a bathroom and ground floor shower room. The cottage also has an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside there is ample off road parking and a front enclosed lawned garden with patio, furniture and barbecue. Thistle Dhu is an ideal base for a walking or touring holiday in a wonderful area of Scotland.
Amenities: Oil central heating with radiators on first floor and underfloor heating on ground floor, with woodburning stove in sitting room. Range cooker with electric ovens and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 2 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburning stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot, highchair and 2 folding beds on request. Ample off road parking. Front enclosed garden with patio, furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops and pubs 5 mins walk. River Spey 10 mins walk.
