There is a separate kitchen, living room and dining room. Outside, there is shared use of the communal deck with BBQ, and off road parking for 1 car. Close to Scarborough, Whitby and the Moors, Cottage 2 is a welcoming base.
Amenities: Full gas central heating. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, shared tumble dryer in shed, colour TV. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Communal decked garden area with BBQ. One well behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop, inn and tea shop within 5 mins walk.
