Merci pour votre retour. Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez apprécié la vue dégagée depuis l’appartement ainsi que la présence du garage, malgré un accès parfois étroit, et que l’équipement vous ait semblé simple mais fonctionnel.
Concernant la caution, comme indiqué dans votre contrat, elle a bien été restituée 13 jours après votre départ, conformément aux délais prévus.
Nous tenons également à préciser que le mois de mai, en raison des nombreux ponts et jours fériés, ne constitue pas une basse saison, et entraîne une forte activité dans la région.
Enfin, pour votre information, les branchements d’eau et d’électricité sont effectués avant l’arrivée des locataires, afin de vous éviter toute démarche à ce sujet. La remise et la restitution des clés via l'agence sont des modalités clairement précisées à la réservation, dans un souci de transparence et d'organisation.

la côte sauvage de Quiberon: on adore !
appartement très agréable, avec une terrasse sur l'océan et le soleil couchant. très bien équipé, literie correcte, un garage pour les vélos et un stationnement dans la rue. le voisinage est sympathique et à l'écoute. Quiberon à vélo c'est parfait.

Super séjour
Location agréable avec garage privé fermé pour y ranger sa voiture ou ses vélos. Le vélo est le plus pratique pour se déplacer à quiberon. Très belle vue dégagée du balcon avec coucher de soleil sur la droite.
