This pleasant 3 rooms house with sea view of almost 47m² for 4 persons, is located in residence "Oceanis", at the beginning of the "Côte sauvage", 800m from the city center of Quiberon. It is composed of small terraced house.
It includes:
- Entry,
- Equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, cooking plate, dishwasher),
- Living room with TV and sofa,
- Bedroom with one bed of 140cm large,
- Bedroom with two beds of 90cm large,
- Bathroom with washing machine,
- Toilets separated.
Terrace with sea view and garden furniture. Garage ( first to the right).
Animals not allowed. WIFI.
Electric and water usage in extra charge (50€/week) excepted from the 23th of May to 26th of September 2026.
Optional: end-of-stay cleaning 94€. Linen supply, nursery equipment.
