Séjour en demi-teinte

Très bonne localisation, parking intérieur privatif, bonne orientation, belle terrasse bien orientée. Mais hélas : appartement vieillot (portes 1er prix, poignées en plastique qui grincent, épaisseur des mûrs d'une cabane, etc.), lits de petite taille et de qualité dépassée, mobilier désuet de piètre qualité, chambres côté rue. Et oubliez le jardin, "pelouses interdites" et les voisins sont là pour vous le rappeler... En résumé, rapport qualité / prix indécent.
