The enclosed garden and the private courtyard facing south are equipped with a barbecue and garden furniture. The house includes a large living-dining room, adjoining the living room and the kitchen, 7 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a playroom.

The house is divided into two parts, connected by the large main entrance.

- Large living room with a beautiful family dining table for 8 people. Traditional buffet.
- Kitchen open to the dining room, fully equipped: fridge, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle... The kitchen offers a small table for breakfast.
