Great location & view, a few minor things to improve

Overall a great apartment in a prime location at the Croisette (next to Martinez) and a gorgeous view on the sea. It is very clean and well equipped for a holiday stay. We absolutely had a great time. However a few things could be renovated/renewed to round off a perfect experience, i.e. old fridge that didn't work (for which we had to get an replacement), a patched lamp, etc. Some of these minor investments into the apartment would come a long way in elevating the experience .

Excellent appartement avec une belle vue, la cuisine est équipée de tout ce dont vous avez besoin et même plus ! J'ai aimé la plage à proximité plus que les autres plages de Cannes. Le personnel est réactif et attentionné. Lit et oreillers confortables. Mon seul souhait est d'installer de la clim. climatisation dans la chambre et le coin cuisine. C'est très bruyant de dormir avec un ventilateur... Nous reviendrons certainement dans cet appartement !!!

Beautiful condo with gorgeous view

Check in was accommodating and easy. Condo is located within a few steps of possibly the best public beach on the French Riviera! The view from the deck was simply amazing, saw many gorgeous sunsets. Condo was very clean and everything worked. 10-20 minute walk to old town, but it is along the oceanfront promenade which was always fun and interesting. Bed is a split twin made into a king size bed, surpisingly comfortable to sleep on. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend this condo.
