Best place to stay in Cannes

Ideally located with a great view on the croisette and thé méditerranéen sea. The appartement is really nice and clean and Comes with with AC (a must have in Cannes).

Fabulous Cannes Apartment

Wonderful location, very clean and stylish apartment with everything you need. A real pleasure to stay there! The photos are very accurate. The welcome checkin and checkout were very friendly. The views from the balcony are stunning. Local shop around the corner has everything you need. The beach is a short walk. All in all - perfect!

A lovely apartment

The second floor apartment was clean, close to restaurants shops and markets, and conveniently located directly across the road from the beach. Both hosts, Christian and Kathy, were very responsive. The municipality maintains the local area very well and a car is not required.

We were delighted from start to finish. The listing descriptions were accurate, the property well-appointed and beautifully maintained. Beautiful location

The condo was in a very desirable location with beautiful views, the living area and kitchen were lovely and provided everything we needed. When it came to the bed and mattress, that was a huge disappointment. Very uncomfortable. Old mattress with a piece of foam on top, where the bed sheet was laid on and provided no comfort at all.

Excellent, remodeled apartment with opportunity for several minor improvements

Overall, we were very pleased with the newly remodeled apartment. We would recommend the apartment to anyone as it is perfect for those visiting the beach. The couple unexpected opportunities for improvement are that toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, and dishwasher detergent should have been included. Kathy did bring by some extra trash bags for us, but for the daily price I shouldn’t have to buy toilet paper which is listed as “included” or soap to clean the dishes. We were very appreciative of the host organizing a baby crib for us, that was greatly appreciated, as was the towel rental. Again, I’d overall recommend the apartment, but also recommend a couple small low cost improvements.

Great time in Cannes

We just got back from a one month stay in Cannes at the apartment we rented. We had a marvelous time! The property is excellently managed by Kathy, the personal concierge, who was very responsive to any of our questions or requests. The location is perfect, just across our favorite public beach and a short walk from multiple private beach clubs. It also a short walk to groceries stores, bakeries and the heart of shopping. our only criticism would be that interior is a little dated but we understand that it is about to be renovated. the view is outstanding with a psycodelic sunsets over the bay. we are already planning to book another month next year.

Great convenient appartment with aircon and good location

We know Cannes very well and were very happy with the place, the amenities and the size to stay a week with 2 adults and 2 children. The location is convenient to access everything and we didn't use the car for the whole week. The host is friendly, and efficient.

Great apartment right on the croisette in cannes

This is a very nice apartment on the croisette in Cannes. It is on the second floor and has a lovely view of the sea. The pictures provide an accurate description of the apartment (two bedrooms with 2 bathrooms). It is well equipped and in a very good location in Cannes (close to the beaches, restaurants and town).
