This comfortable flat, newly refurbished, is situated on the 4th floor (with elevator), consists of a living space of 54 sq. m and includes:
- a nice terrace with a view on the beach,
- a wide and sunny living-room with a comfortable sofa-bed for 1 adult or 2 children,
- two bedrooms with double-beds,
- a very well-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, kettle, oven, microwave, hotplates, fridge, dishwasher) with a little balcony,
- a bathroom with shower,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hairdryer, ironing equipment, fan, roomonitor,
- TV and WIFI,

At last, in just 20 min by walk, you will be in the heart of the Old Antibes and could enjoy its Provençal market, the Picasso museum, the harbor…
