The cottage is set over three floors and has a room with children's bunks, a twin bedroom, two king-size double bedrooms, a second floor twin bedroom, a second floor king-size double bedroom, a bathroom, a shower room, a ground floor basin and WC, a kitchen with dining area (seats 10), a hall with dining area (seats 6), a sitting room (seats 8) with an electric wall-mounted fire, a TV room (seats 5) and an external games room. Outside, there is ample off-road parking and a front patio with furniture. 1 Seafield Street is close to the beach and an ideal base for a family holiday. Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping bond of £450.
