This detached cottage is located in Saughall near to Chester and can sleep three people in one bedroom.
This detached cottage is located next to the owner's home in Saughall near Chester. the cottage sleeps three people and has a double bedroom, a wet room and an open plan living area with a bespoke kitchen and a sitting area with a sofa bed. Outside is off road parking and a patio with furniture as well as access to twenty acres of fields and woodland. Ideal as a touring base for the Wirral, North Wales and Chester, The Lodge is a superb cottage for a break at any time of the year.
Amenities: Gas underfloor central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge without freezer compartment, TV with Freeview, WiFI. DVD, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair on request. Ample off road parking. Private patio with furniture. Access to owner's 20 acres of fields and lake. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1.5 miles. Note: All ground floor with ramped access, wide doors and wet room, may be suitable for accompanied wheelchair users. Patio area surrounded by land. Note: Owner can provide stabling by prior arrangement. Note: Owner runs events in the grounds with an on-site bar at certain times of the year. Note: There is a very small camping site Open May to August only. Only four pitches and three bell tents which are glamping pods. Guests are welcome to use the on-site bar by prior arrangement with the owner. Note: This property is near a small lake, children to be supervised. Note: The lane to the cottage is not Tarmaced and can be very bumpy.
