Alyn View is a ground floor cottage in the hamlet of Eryrys near Llanarmon-yn-Ial just 12 miles from Llangollen. The cottage sleeps four people and has one double bedroom, one twin and a bathroom with wet room shower. Also in the cottage are a fitted kitchen with dining area and sitting area with woodburner. Outside is off road parking for two cars and a private enclosed patio with furniture. Situated near Llangollen, Alyn View is a lovely property from which to explore this beautiful part of the country.

Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge (no ice box), washing machine, dishwasher, 3 x TVs with FreeSat, DVD, CD/DAB radio, Bluetooth speaker, WiFi (not suitable for streaming). Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and fireguard available. Off-road parking for 2 cars on shared driveway. Shared bike storage on request. Private enclosed front patio with furniture and barbecue. Shared use of owner's garden. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2.9 miles, pub 1.3 miles. Note: Limited mobile signal with some providers. Note: Pets must be on a lead when outside the property. Note: There is an interconnecting door between the property and Ref 926968, it is kept locked at all times unless the properties are booked together.

Region: Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Town: The quaint village of Llanarmon-yn-Ial lies in equal distance between Ruthin and Mold. The nature-rich location additionally hosts a range of amenities, making for a wonderful countryside getaway. After receiving fabulous service and hearty food in the Raven Inn, visitors can walk off their lunch along the River Alyn. Anglers will be delighted with the village's closeby Gweryd Lakes fishery! The village also has links to Snowdonia National Park and the city of Chester, giving visitors plenty to see and do during their stay.

Hidden Gem

A gorgeous quiet cottage where you can watch and listen to the wildlife in the trees and surrounding area. The cottage had everything you need to just sit back, relax and recharge. Definitely plan to come back. Thank you.

Excellent stay!

Lovely little cottage right next to walks in the woodlands. Owners were welcoming and fantastic. Property was clean and well equipt. Very cosy and comfortable. Would definitely be back!
