Arcachon Bay House private heated pool - sleeps 7/8

House on the Arcachon Bay, ideally located in Audenge between the Dune du Pilat, Cap Ferret, the Atlantic beaches, and the surrounding lakes, with a capacity of up to 5 adults and 3 children.

This 110 m² single-story house is ideal for your stays with family or friends.
It sleeps up to 8 people and consists of 3 bedrooms, including 2 with 2 double beds and 1 with a bunk bed for 3 people. A sofa bed provides additional sleeping space for 1-2 people.
The bathroom, with a double sink vanity, walk-in shower, and toilet, also includes a washing machine and dryer.
A second bathroom is available with a shower and sink.
The house has a second separate toilet.
The 55 m² living area (kitchen, living room, dining room) is air-conditioned and opens onto a large covered terrace where you can sit outside and enjoy the pleasant climate of the pool around a barbecue.
You'll also enjoy a 1,400 m² wooded plot of land as well as a traditional heated swimming pool (from May 15th to September 15th) and secured (minors must always remain under the supervision and responsibility of adults). Deckchairs and parasols are also available for you to enjoy relaxing moments.
A trampoline is available for younger guests, who must remain under parental supervision.
The neighborhood is very quiet, and our neighbors appreciate a certain tranquility that must be respected.

The town of Audenge is appreciated for its charm as well as its numerous leisure activities (sports, walks, bike paths, cultural visits, and gourmet oyster tastings, a great specialty of the region, etc.). Many shops are nearby. You can swim in the natural pools of Audenge harbor, 2.5 km away, or enjoy Lanton Beach, 8 minutes away.
Biganos train station is less than 10 minutes away, and Bordeaux-Mérignac Airport is a 45-minute drive.

Bed linens, bath towels, and kitchen towels are provided.
Beach and pool towels are not provided (remember to bring them!).
Beds will be made upon your arrival.
A baby kit (travel cot, high chair, bathtub) is also available.
Four bicycles are available.
