In this relaxing setting, you will find this two-bedroom flat as follows:
Entrance via the courtyard, ideal for relaxing with two sun loungers provided! On the ground floor: a spacious veranda, living room with non-convertible sofa and TV, modern and functional kitchen area (fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven/microwave combination, ceramic hob, washing machine, etc.), a bathroom with walk-in shower, a separate toilet and a bedroom with a double bed.
UPSTAIRS: a second bedroom with a double bed, TV, and an adjoining alcove with a single bed + 1 extra bed (chaise longue).
The house is fully air-conditioned! Close to the beach (700 m) and shops (
400 m), this property is sure to make your stay in our beautiful region a happy one.

Parking is available in the driveway for small cars only, otherwise you will need to park on the street outside the residence.

Optional extras: household linen is not provided but can be booked in advance and collected when you pick up the keys (double bed kit: €12.00/single bed kit: €9.00/towel kit with one large and one small towel: €8.00).
This rental accepts pets - A supplement of €30 per pet/stay will be charged.
WIFI BOX rental: €39/week
You will be asked to pay the security deposit for your rental. The link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival.
We accept Chèques Vacances holiday vouchers.
