Casa Falcone, is located in the heart of a region classified as a Great Sites of France, house full of charm of a former winemaker of the village, built in the 17th century and restored in 2000 in respect of its original soul at the foot of the emblematic baroque church of San Martinu. Its outdoor living environment is ideal with its large green terrace and its flowered arbour very well equipped, its small garden with trees (orange, lemon and kumquat) and its breathtaking 180° view of the Nebbio, (amphitheatre mountain), on the hillsides with its AOC vineyards and a view of the Gulf of St Florent. A large spacious master suite with living room, in the vaulted part, temperate in summer. The other living room and the kitchen located on the terraces offer magnificent old chestnut beams. Air conditioning has been installed in most of the rooms (bedrooms, living room, kitchen). The house is located 5 km from the port and the beaches of Saint-Florent. The region offers many excursions: hiking trails (coastal and heritage), wine route, bowling greens, local festivals animated by the brotherhood of Patrimonio.

At the request of the tenants, the cleaning fee will be €70 and household linen will be provided for €15 per person (fitted sheet, flat sheet or duvet cover, pillowcases, gloves and towels, kitchen towels), for the stay, at the request of the tenants. Since the installation of the air conditioning, the rental price includes an electricity package of 8 kw/h per day. In case of exceedance, an additional charge will be charged by the owner, on metre reading, based on the price per kw/h in force.

From the second week, cleaning and changing sheets will be free.
