La Sapotille - Villa avec terrasse - Sainte Anne

Beautiful house of 50m² located in Sainte-Anne, La Sapotille will be the ideal place for your stay with family or friends in Martinique! The house consists of a main room with sofa and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a first air-conditioned bedroom with double bed, a second air-conditioned bedroom with two single beds and sofa bed, as well as a bathroom with shower. Outside you will enjoy the 40m² terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs. Sheets and towels are provided. WI-FI available.

Housing
The house can comfortably accommodate 4 travellers and is presented as follows:
- Living room with sofa, TV, dining area for 4 people
- Kitchen open to the living room and equipped with oven, hob, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, crockery and cutlery.
- On the ground floor, a 13m² air-conditioned master bedroom, fitted out with a King-Size bed 180 cm x 200 cm and storage space.
- Bathroom with shower and washing machine
- Separate WC
- Upstairs you will find an air-conditioned room, furnished with two single beds, a sofa bed and storage space.
- Outside, a beautiful 40m² terrace with dining area for 8 people, barbecue and deckchairs, will allow you to relax under the Martinique sun!

Nearby
- In the village, 2 minutes from the villa, you will find many clothes shops, restaurants, a market....
- Le Marin, located less than 10kms from Sainte Anne, has many shops with its marina particularly frequented by tourists (pizzerias, clothes shops, restaurants, bakery and pastry shop...).
- The beach "la pointe marin", the closest to the villa, remains the most lively as many families and groups of friends settle there, the water being accessible to young and old alike. It is from this beach that you can see the majestic "Diamond Rock". The beaches share an exceptional tropical beauty.
- On the eastern part of the "cane mill" you take the road where melons are grown as far as the eye can see.
- At the southern tip, about fifteen kilometres from the town, you reach the beach of Les Salines, with its welcoming coconut trees.
- While continuing your hike you will discover the savannah of petrifications and the mangrove.

- Nautical activities: jet skiing, sailing, scuba diving...
- Hiking. By taking the "Trace des Caps" trail, you will discover La Savane des Pétrifications, an ancient part of Martinique formed by volcanic eruptions.

Transport
- A bus passes at regular hours and a bus station will allow you to take a taxi to the neighbouring towns (Marin, Sainte Luce, Rivière Salée, Ducos) to the capital FORT DE FRANCE.
- We recommend renting a car from the airport.
