Nice apartement in a nice area

We had a lovely stay of 10 weeks. The apartement is well equipped and comfortable. Close to the sea and two supermarkets. Nice promenad along the beach with beautiful views over the sea. Very good host, Bertrand, helpful and easy to contact. We were happy with the surroundings, clean and not too noicy. We liked it!

Well Placed

Apartment well placed with easy access to amenities. Situated within a gated community. Ground floor, corner plot position with immediate views of the community pool and distant seaview. Community gardens are immaculately kept. Very attentive host always contactable by phone and responsive to any questions. Our first time stay in this area.

Prachtig bijna nieuw appartement met een geweldige tuin.

Bijna 5 weken hier zeer aangenaam vertoeft. Het weer was uitstekend met temp. van 27 graden. Een zeer goed contact met dhr. Bertrand. (Woont vlakbij en kan binnen10 minuten aanwezig zijn. De tuin werd druk bezocht en dat is logisch, het is mooist onderhoudentuin die wij in 10 jaar gezien hebben daar. Prima adres , alles op loopafstand. Aan te bevelen, TOP

Schoon en net appartement

Fijn verblijf gehad in het net en goed onderhouden appartement, zoals trouwens het gehele complex. Mooie gezamenlijke tuin met zwembad waar dagelijks wel een tuinman aan het knippen, snoeien of maaien was. Het is een wat ouder complex maar geeft daardoor wel een Spaanse sfeer. Eigenaar was erg behulpzaam en alles verliep als vooraf besproken. In de omgeving zijn er diverse strandjes en stranden. Ook zijn er een aantal leuke dorpjes als Mijas, Cala Mijas, Benalmádena, Alhaurin el Grande. Malaga en Marbella zijn binnen 45minuten met de auto of taxi te bereiken.
